Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website indisolution.in and its sub-domains (the "Website"), operated by IndiSolution ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. Use of our software products and services is also governed by the separate agreement or order made with each client; where the two differ, the client agreement prevails.

1. Use of the Website

  • Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, our applications or other users' data.
  • Do not upload harmful code, overload our systems, or interfere with their normal working.
  • Do not submit false information through our forms.

2. Accounts and access

Access to our applications (such as Unit Accounts) is given to authorised users of a client organisation. You are responsible for keeping your login details and PIN confidential and for all activity under your login. Tell your administrator and us immediately if you suspect misuse. Client organisations are responsible for granting and removing access for their own staff.

3. Client data and confidentiality

Each client owns the data it enters into our applications. We keep it confidential, use it only to provide the service, and do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. Clients may export their data at any time, and we will hand over complete data on request when a service ends.

4. Free trials and subscriptions

Where a free trial is offered (for example, six months of Unit Accounts per unit), it is provided for evaluation, may be subject to reasonable usage limits, and does not create an obligation to subscribe. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription on the terms then offered. Fees, if any, are payable as stated in the invoice and are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST.

5. Intellectual property

The Website, our software, logo, name and content are the property of IndiSolution or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer them without our written permission. Client data remains the property of the client.

6. Accuracy and responsibility for records

Our software helps organisations keep accurate records, but the responsibility for the correctness of entries, approvals and official returns remains with the client and its authorised officers. Generated documents should be checked before signature or submission.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Website and our applications available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, and will try to give notice of planned downtime that affects clients.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. Our total liability in connection with a paid service is limited to the fees paid by the client for that service in the twelve months before the claim, unless the client agreement says otherwise.

9. Third-party links

The Website may link to other websites or services (for example, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. No affiliation

IndiSolution is a private company. It is not part of, and does not represent, any government department, the Armed Forces or the NCC. Mention of such organisations describes only the users our software is designed for.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered city shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a client agreement.
