Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how IndiSolution ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit indisolution.in, contact us, or use our software and services. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.

1. Information we collect

When you visit our website

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) in server logs, for security and to keep the site running.

When you contact us or request a trial

We collect the details you choose to give us — such as your name, organisation, appointment, phone number, email address and a description of your requirement.

When your organisation uses our software ("Client Data")

Our clients enter their own records into our applications — for example accounts, vouchers, bills, staff names and login details. This is Client Data. The client (your organisation) decides what is entered and remains its owner. We process Client Data only on the client's behalf and only to provide the service.

2. How we use information

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide the trial, product or service you asked for
  • To provide support, training and important service notices
  • To keep our systems secure and prevent misuse
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not use Client Data for marketing, and we do not use it to train public AI models.

3. Confidentiality and sharing

We treat all Client Data as confidential. We do not sell, rent or share client data with third parties.

We use a small number of carefully chosen infrastructure providers (for example, for hosting, storage and email) only to run our services. They act on our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes. We may disclose information only where required by law, or by a lawful order of a court or government authority, and where possible we will inform the client first.

4. How we protect data

  • Each client's data is kept in a separate, access-controlled store
  • Role-based access, with maker-checker approval where applicable
  • An audit trail of actions taken in our applications
  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for our website and applications
  • Access by our own staff limited to what is needed for support, and only as agreed with the client

5. Where data is stored

We state the data hosting location for each client according to the client's requirement. Hosting in Indian data centres is available on request.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then deleted. Client Data is kept for the duration of the service. When a client stops using a service, we hand over the complete data on request and then delete it from our systems within the period agreed with the client, except where the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise these rights. Where your data is part of Client Data, please first contact the organisation that holds your account; we will support them in responding. Clients can export all of their data at any time.

8. Children

Our website and services are meant for organisations and adults. Where a client's records include data relating to minors (for example cadets or students), the client is responsible for obtaining any consent required by law, and we process that data only on the client's instructions.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

10. Grievance Officer and contact

For any privacy question or grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at our email address or . We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and try to resolve it within 30 days.
